Fully Automated Logistics Center

The project involves the turnkey construction of a state of the art, fully automated logistics center designed to streamline high volume warehousing and distribution operations. Scope of works includes site preparation, structural and civil works, installation of advance automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), highspeed conveyor networks, robotics integration and centralized control systems.

Historical Restoration Project

The meticulous restoration and conservation of traditional Bastakia heritage houses in Dubai's Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood. Socpe of works included structural reinforcement, restoration of coral-stone walls and wind towers (barrel), rehabilitation of tradition wooden elements, and preservation of original architectural features using authentic materials and techniques in line with Dubai Municipality heritage guidelines.
